SYSTEM HUB / FLAT ROOFING

Flat roofs are selected as build-ups—not rolls.

A flat roof is a coordinated assembly of deck preparation, vapour control, insulation, attachment, waterproofing, drainage and detailing. Start with the system status and the project requirement—not a product name in isolation.

FIVE DISTINCT BRANCHES

Three current ranges and two technical archives—clearly separated.

DANOSA, Ravago and MIDA represent current working product families. Börner and TECHNONICOL retain earlier system knowledge and professional experience without presenting either range as current availability.

THE COMMON PRINCIPLE

The cap sheet is only one part of roof performance.

Substrate condition, moisture strategy, deck type, insulation, wind loading, drainage, attachment, fire route and workmanship all influence the final build-up.

Product families shown here are a technical starting point. The exact assembly must follow the current project specification, controlled technical documents and manufacturer approval where required.
